Item Description
Each is 2.25". These are from the Marshall Levin Collection with his inked (removable) notations on the reserve. Each of these was produced with a color copying machine and likely issued in a very small quantity. The tone of the white backgrounds varies somewhat due to some air under the celluloid although on the final three pieces mixed in with the white background is a bit of scattered darker color and we can not tell whether this is caused by the paper used or whether it is some faint stain traces. In the top row of our photo each reverse is marked "1993" and the first button also has Levin's notation "Act Up Seattle." In the second row all three buttons are also marked "1993." In the third row the button is marked "1994." In the bottom row the buttons are marked "1995." Those with text as part of design read "I Have A Vision Of America And You're Part Of It/Health Care/Gays In Military/Aids Cure/Aids Czar?." Only examples we've seen. Also see Clinton and Women's suffrage retro button #516. Comes with Hake's COA.
