Item Description
14.5" long hard plastic gun has large sight at rear of gun that when looked into shows Tru-Vue slide of animal w/crosshairs superimposed over it. When trigger is pulled, slide changes, showing animal falling as if shot. Animals include lion w/elephant, tiger, large lizard, warthog, crocodile, lion w/zebra, eagle, rhino, lemur, leopard, snake, hippo, cheetah w/impala and gorilla. One side has "Adventureland Safari" label while other side has bolt to advance and "Picture Adjuster" slide. Made by Sawyer's Inc. (of Viewmaster fame) and ©WDP. 1960s. Elaborate design, w/unusual content considering this is an item marketed by Disney. Scattered lt. wear, w/some melt marks on front grip. VF. Rare and the first we've been able to offer.
