5.75x12" card contains 7.25" long plastic handcuff set w/batwing design, strikingly similar in design to the classic Ideal set. Packaging has a 1966 look, but item is licensed and bears DC Comics Inc. copyright. c. 1970s. NM as issued. Card has some handling wear w/creases and staple holes at top. Colors remains bright and bold. Fine. Scarce South American issue.
