12.5x15.5" vintage-looking gold wood frame w/early 20th century ornate styling holding glass over paper print featuring portraits of Roosevelt and Mitchell as "The World's Leading Champions Of Arbitration And Fair Play." Photo identifications are "Theodore Roosevelt - President Of The United States" and "John Mitchell - President United Mine Workers Of America." Each is depicted beneath a pile of coal. Print publisher is Haag & Parris, Philadelphia, identified on extreme bottom margin. Scarce memento of the bitter strike of about five months duration during 1902. Clean and Exc.
