Item Description
11x17.25" thin artboard featuring original pen and ink art by comic book artist Vincent Evans for "Namor The Sub-Mariner" annual #1 published by Marvel Comics in June, 1991. Issue was written by Scott Lobdell w/interior art by Evans and cover by James Fry who has signed at lower right in black felt tip pen, adding "1-3-93" date. Great splash page shows Namor in suit and tie fighting five men who were in the process of assaulting an old man. "Never Again" title paste-over at top. Various inked notations on margins and 1/8" hole punched at left center margin, not affecting art. 1/8x.25" clip at right center margin, not affecting art, which remains Exc.
