20x28" poster w/art by L. Helguera shows Uncle Sam w/finger to lips and text reading "I'm Counting On You - Don't Discuss: Troop Movements - Ship Sailings - War Equipment." 1943. Text at bottom reads "OWI Poster No. 78" and "U.S. Government Printing Office: 1943-O-534057." Folded as issued, poster has .25" tear at bottom right fold line and is o/w Exc. Great patriotic "Loose Talk" poster w/wonderful Uncle Sam image.
