Item Description
Original box bottom (w/vintage replacement fitting lid) contains black pair of size 1.5 "Washable Arch Cushion Canvas Footwear" sneakers w/rubber soles and toe covers by the Randolph Mfg. Co. c. 1950s. Box had Howdy image on all four sides as well as larger image on underside and additional images of Clarabell, Mr. Bluster and Princess. Moderate fading. All corners remain tight and box is VG overall. Sneakers have color Howdy image on each shoe above ankle as well as "Howdy Doody" rubber name on back of heel. Interior of shoe also has Howdy image on sole. Aged but appear unused. Interiors have heavy age spotting. Still displays VF. Rare.
