2-1/8" dated for "Oct. 10th." Also references event to be held in the near future, almost certainly as a fund raiser to aid China in response to the Japanese invasion. This reads "Bowl Of Rice Party - Oct. 31st." W&H paper. Small spot at bottom was dirt, now gone. NM and displays Mint. Morry Greener Collection.
