Item Description
4.25". Beautiful litho tin of Taft and Sherman in ovals surrounded by US flags below image of the White House. Text at bottom gives 1909 inauguration date and candidates names/offices. Top rim reads in gold luster script "Grand Old Party." Bottom reads "1856 to 1908." On the sides of the rim are listed all of the Republican presidential candidates to date. Tiny text along bottom stipulates copyright 1908 with J.H. Shaw Philadelphia as manufacturer. Gold luster accents remain bright and luminescent throughout. Only tiny wear traces on close inspection. Exc. and scarcer than the 1908 version. See #58 related ribbon badge.
