Item Description
Unlike the earliest designs of Mickey and Minnie on jewelry shown on the pieces in lot 1495, by 1934 the jewelry was being produced in Mickey's classic image with smile and friendly extended hand. These three pieces all feature Mickey in black and white plus yellow pants and shoe accents. First is a rare lapel stud we've never seen before. This is 13/16" tall and has threaded post and cap on reverse. Paint is near 100% complete. Second is a 1" tall pin. Again most paint remains as well as most luster. Third is a rare bracelet in gold luster over brass. This shows a good bit of wear and loss but most still remains on the upper segments to the left and right of a 1" tall die-cut figure of Mickey that matches the other two designs. Most paint remains on the figure. A rare matched set from the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tombusch and Ted Hake.
