Item Description
Originally issued as a 1-1/8" litho picturing the character associated with the CBS TV program 1953-1957 which involved children putting transparent plastic on their TV screens and then drawing in crayon. Here an unstamped tin sheet from the maker Green Duck Co. intended to make the 1-1/8" buttons has been stamped and formed into a metal plate to cover the reverse of some unknown 3" button. The art would have been on interior with the side showing to the reverse finshed in silver with union bug stamp and bar pin. The art area is excellent and a most unusual item. Only example we've seen.
