9.75x21.5x9" deep box contains 22" long molded plastic jalopy by Ideal ©1963 Filmways TV Production Inc. Box shows obvious wear, one end panel area has replaced surface paper with color copy, all panels intact, lt. creases, some fading and moisture exposure with rust stain spot on top in blue border, black wax pencil numbers and scribble on top. Has original Montgomery Ward shipping label. Good and very displayable. Includes original instruction sheet/parts list with aging/wear. Good. Car comes with hard plastic figures of Jed, Jethro, Elly May, Granny and Duke the dog. Comes complete with all accessories including bench, chair, ladder, table, barrel, bucket with lid, saw, shovel, two lamps, wrench, cleaver, axe, frying pan, sledge hammer, air pump, wash board and tub, coffee pot and rifle. Tiny paint touch to Jethro's cheek. Removeable windshield frame has break on one side, small piece of clear tape wound around this area of frame, barely noticeable when car is displayed. Built-in crank on front is used to wind car as realistic clicking noise is produced. Car works well and moves forward rapidly. Light oxidation to underside metal compartment that houses spring and gears but set appears unused and Exc./NM. Hard to find this item complete and with original box. One of the best Beverly Hillbillies collectibles.
