Item Description
First is a double sided celluloid cover memo tablet 2.25x3.25". Front has extensive advertising for John Underwood typewriter ribbons and supplies. Reverse celluloid cover has an 1890 calendar for each month. Interior has two cards for notes which are unused plus a card with additional company advertising. A beautiful and early celluloid advertising give-away. The second piece has three die-cut holes to be used in rectifying typewritten mistakes. Text reads "Smith Premiere/The Typewriter With/A Key For Every Character." This piece is by W&H and includes their 1905 patent date. NM.
