Item Description
34" long Adirondack model #302 white ash bat has printed text at right "Personal Clayton Moore Model" with 2.75" "Clayton Moore" fiber-tip pen signature on barrel. Bat was made in Dolgeville, New York by McLaughlin-Millard Inc. and includes text "Flexible Whip Action". Comes with 8.5x11" typewritten authenticity certificate from Center Field Collectibles noting "I, Clayton Moore, Confirm With My Personal Signature Below That I Have Signed The Professional Model Baseball Bat, Being Presented With This Certificate, For Center Field Collectibles, Inc And The Special Olympics." Nice 2.5" wide "Clayton Moore" fiber-tip pen signature at bottom along with handwritten ink date of 3/31/93. Certificate is also signed in ballpoint pen by Al Curcio, President of Center Field Collectibles. Only four of these special bats were produced and sold for charity to benefit the Special Olympics as noted in letter. Bat and letter are NM. A rare signed item for the Lone Ranger and baseball collector. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
