Item Description
5 1/8” tall figure made of unknown blend of resin-like materials. Fawcett premium made by Kerr Co. in 1946. Base reads “Capt. Marvel.” Matching Mary Marvel and Captain Marvel Jr. figures were also produced but this is much rarer than both of those. In fact, this is only the second example we have offered in our 45 years. 100% original, no repairs or touchups. It does have some scattered hairlines but most blend and are only noticeable when viewed closely (exception being those on cape). Tiny chip from back of one knee and back bottom edge of base. All remains structurally sound, totally bright and glossy. Fine. Listed in “The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia” by Ted Hake as being one of less than 10 known examples. Values range from Good - $2,200, Fine - $4,500 and NM - $7,000.
