19" bag with header card containing vinyl "Batman" style utility belt on cardboard backing. c. 1966. "Adjustable...Fits All Sizes. Super Hero Novelties, Brooklyn, NY." Unauthorized "Batman" merchandise with modified "Bat" symbols on belt and header card. Header card shows some wear with one top to bottom crease is Fine. Belt sealed and Mint as issued. Rare.
