Item Description
Tin litho/painted tin c.1920s made by Wausau Abrasives Co. Wausau Wis. 11.75x13.5x15.25" tall interesting concept and design including seven slots to hold various grades of sandpaper and lift-up display at top with art image of native American standing on hilltop watching sunset over factory town in distance. Front panel of bottom includes text “The Sheets Lie Flat/The Grits Are Sharp/The Surfaces Uniform/The Paper Is Tough” and includes company logo with image of native American with tomahawk in air with text “Wausau Abrasives At It Since 1898". Scattered moderate to heavy wear. Overall VG but still an unusual display with nice graphics.
