Item Description
12.5x20" stiff cardboard sign. Printed by DeWinters Ltd., London. The Rocky Horror Show premiered at the 63 seat Theatre Upstairs on June 19, 1973. Multiple venue changes occurred over the year's of the shows run leading to the 820 seat venue at the Comedy Theatre on Panton Street in the West End, running from April 6, 1979 until Sept. 13, 1980, closing the plays initial run of 2,960 performances. Card from Comedy Theatre features iconic graphics of a surprised looking Trixie with signature bright red lips and "The Rocky Horror Show" signature text underneath. Tiniest trace of margin wear.
