1940s. 9x13.25" paper printed on front with nice photo of Joe Louis at right in training clothes wearing the advertised ring on left hand. Center has nice graphics of explosive cloud and lower right has facsimile signature. Main text includes "Here It Is! The Sensational New Joe Louis Ring It's A Knockout". "Joe's Autograph Engraved On Each Glove/The Champ's Official Ring/A Real Piece Of Jewelry" with text across bottom "A Must For Every Joe Louis Fan". Actual ring is listed in Hake's "Official Price Guide to Pop Culture Memorabilia" as rare and less than ten known. Slight aging. Clean and Exc. appearance. Superb display item.
