All are painted composition. c. 1938. Matador figure is 6” tall. Great image of this character for which relatively little merchandise was produced. Scattered paint rubs/flakes with a few typical craze lines but all remains structurally sound. Fine.
The matching Ferdinand figure to this is 5" tall in bw, complete w/fabric flower in one hand. Lt. wear/aging, some crazing but glossy and Fine. Second Ferdinand is version designed as a bank complete with trap on underside but missing generic key. Missing flower. This one is in brown/white with name on stomach. Above name is a .25" dia. paint flake. Other lt. wear, Fine. A great set and the first time we have ever offered all three pieces at once. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch and Ted Hake.
