Item Description
2-3/16" pocket mirror listed as Hake Hoover #2030 and made by Parisian. It is also known in a red/cream variety. The rim slogan is "It's An Elephant's Job/No Time For 'Donkey-Business'!" Cartoon shows "GOP" elephant pushing a truck labeled "US & Co." out of the mud as a symbolic Democratic donkey runs away from the effort. Mirror side has a few dots of silvering gone and a couple of areas of cloudiness but is still quite reflective. The celluloid side has scattered small scratches with nearly all showing only in reflected light. High gloss and displaying NM. Also see poster #31 with this same design.
