Soft cover "Magazine And Daily Review" books are each 6-7/8x10" for season of 1926 and 1928. 1926 issued has 128 pages and comes with 16-page insert for appearances in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. 1928 issue has 96 pages. Both have extensive circus photos including many clowns and animals as well as ads for products of the day. Both have some cover wear. Overall covers VG and contents Fine. Wonderful overview of circus life and product advertisements from the time. Route book pair are each 5x8-1/8" soft cover. 1946 issue has 64 pages counting covers and 1947 issue has 68 pages counting covers. Both covers show famous clown Lou Jacobs. Interiors feature clown Emmett Kelly. Contents include numerous circus photos, executive photos, etc. along with list of all tour locations and dates of both Ringling and Adam Forepaugh circuses from the late 1800s to cover date year. Covers have some lt. dust soil. Fine/VF. Contents are Exc. Extremely limited distribution, just issued for circus employees and exhibitors. Nice group. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
