This is only the second mailing box we've seen for this item. It is 3.75x4.5x.5" deep and has label with return address for Quaker Oats in Chicago. Box has some small creases although more on reverse than the front along with minor dust and age. Next item is an almost equality rare large folder 4.25x7" which opens up to a single sheet 8-3/8" by 10-7/8" tall. The sheet contains instructions for use of the premium along with a certificate which has been neatly filled in in ink by the original owner "Joe Gura" along with his street address. One side of the piece also offers Orphan Annie premiums including the rare Secret Guard Captain's 'Dress Parade' Cap. Sheet has numerous creases and some light general aging with a small tear about 3/8" long through all of the sheets as folded caused by pressure against the badge. The Glow Wings badge is 1.75" tall but unfortunately with tip of the left wing snapped off and gone. What remains is Mint. Still glows in the dark. From the Joe Gura Premium Collection.
