Item Description
3.5x6.75" four page glossy folder. 1930s for set number "1847" by Rogers Bros., a Product of the International Silver Co. (famous for their silverplate Disney items such as boxed utensil sets, cups, baby plates, etc., see items #2423-2425). Set consisted of 7.5" tall wood figure of Mickey w/"lollipop" hands that also came with fabric apron holding silverplate fork and spoon. Front features great image of seated Mickey holding utensils, smaller Mickey at one corner. Text reads "Come On Inside And Let Me Show You How 1847 Rogers Bros. Is Putting Me To Work For You!" Opens to reveal photo of the set along with detailed text promoting this item including "He Will Enable You To Create Unusual Window Displays And Bring In New Customers" as well as a reference to Mickey movies. Image of Mickey at one corner continues from the front. Back is price list. We have only ever offered this rare set once in our 45 years, and this is now the first we've seen of this folder. Lt. aging/handling wear. Fine. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch and Ted Hake.
