3-3/8x4-1/8" closed match pack has nice inset photo of Wagner wearing Pittsburgh Pirates baseball hat set against art bkg. of large baseball with inside of stadium in distance. Text at top "Always For Best Values-In Sports Since 1918". Reverse side has "Honus Wagner Co. Pittsburgh, PA." logo with art of him seated in base ball uniform with facsimile signature. Text includes "It Pays To Play...The Nation's Leading Brands Sporting Goods/Trophies/Medals/Awards Largest Selections-For All Events/We Manufacture Banners And Pennants For Schools, Lodges, Clubs, And All Occasions." Inside cover opens to reveal his baseball statistics surrounded by cartoons of people playing sports. Contains 21 of 22 matches with various sports names on them and his name at bottom of group. White areas of cover are lt. but evenly tanned, 1 match missing but o/w unused and Exc. Nicely designed.
