#1935 made by the American Crayon Co. Sandusky, Ohio. ©1919, 1929, 1933 King Features Syndicate Inc. 6-1/8x10.25x1-5/8” deep thin cardboard box has wonderful lid graphics of smiling Popeye and Olive sitting on couch while Swee’ Pea sits nearby having just completed an image of Popeye holding paint jar as Olive smiles with heart over her head. Contains complete set of 5 different colored paints in jars, tin pallet and wooden paint brush. Lid has trace of tiny wear around edges and corner tips. VF/Exc. Contents are unused and N. Mint. Choice condition. Rarely found this nice.
