3.5x5.5”. c. 1930s. First is real photo post card with number “497” at bottom left. Image of nude kneeling on smiling crescent moon studio prop. She covers her breasts and lap with a piece of fabric. Suggestive yet not revealing. The expression on the moon’s face does not appear to mind. Printed in US. Unused. Second is photo post card with number “171” at bottom right. Great image of standing nude within the horns of a yellow-tinted moon. Lower bkg. shows a nighttime silhouette of chimneys/rooftops with 2 cats peering at the female subject. Printed in France. Unused. Lt. handling wear. Both are VF. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake’s COA.
