Item Description
Glued to 6.5x11” blue velvet-covered board with velvet cover that snaps closed are 2-5/8” long litho tin rings used as premiums in cereal in 1948. There are 6 of the 12 in the set from 1948 plus a duplicate “Winnie Winkle” with about 90% of its original paper bag remaining. Below this is one example from the 1949 set of 24 rings. This depicts “Tillie The Toiler” sealed in original bag glued to the board. Left and right of "Tillie" the blue felt has a few traces of glue where a few other objects were once positioned. While the rings could be removed, they would have some degree of glue traces on the reverse. A very nice group to display as is showing essentially visually Mint Green Duck Archive examples. Comes with Hake’s COA.
