This scarce Ovaltine 1941 ring has eagle and shield designs on each side. Top has Captain Midnight’s propeller and wing emblem between the words “Flight Commander.” Underside of the ring reads “Captain Midnight Super Code 3.” The club handbook of 1941 tells how to make use of this ring. This is a gorgeous example never expanded to fit a finger. Miniscule luster loss is revealed under magnification but to the naked eye the piece displays essentially 100% Mint. A scarce ring and exceedingly rare in this high grade.
