Item Description
7” long plastic whistle with wooden plunger to slide in and out of the end opposite the whistle mouthpiece. This varies the pitch of the whistling sound and can be used to send coded messages. This rare premium was offered as a bounce-back to those receiving the glow-in-dark gardenia brooch offered for “Your Mother.” Mouthpiece has scattered but tiny teeth marks in the plastic but nothing serious. Tiny bit of dust soil on the white tube, most of which we’ve cleaned off after the item had its photo taken. Couple of tiny rubs in the white paint on the gripping knob at the end of the wooden plunger. Overall wear is of very minor nature and the piece is VF. We’ve had only about 5 in 4 decades.
