Item Description
This 3” button with her facsimile signature “Farrah” at top right carries curl text apparently from the button maker “©1977 Star City, Inc. Van Nuys, Ca.” Button has exceedingly narrow dent on extreme left edge barely noticeable at all when viewed from the front. There is also a tiny 1/16” dark mark on her jaw line which is in the printing and under the celluloid. Button displays basically Mint as made. Farrah played the character “Jill Munroe” in the TV show Charlie’s Angels. The title aired as a movie of the week in March 1976 and then debuted as a TV program in September, 1976. Farrah emerged as a fan favorite and her TV show boosted her poster sales which actually earned her more in royalties than she received for her acting salary. Her hairstyle became an international trend known as a “Farrah Do” or “Farrah Hair.” A now scarce button.
