Item Description
10x10.5” with spiral binding. ©1949. Well designed album used by salesmen to promote and sell Lincoln records. Comes with a pair of example records housed in sleeves attached inside front/back covers. This includes 10” black vinyl record 543 “Old Mother Hubbard/Charlie Had A Choo-Choo” and 8” blue vinyl record 260 “Oh Suzanna/Jack And The Beanstalk.” There are two bound-in sheets promoting the series of 10” records and 8” “Teddy Bear” children’s story records along with 45 different bound-in example sleeves all with great full color illustrations. These include Goosey Goosey Gander, the Mikado, Fire Engine Parade, Mother Goose Party, Cowboy’s Old Horse, Pinocchio, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, ‘Twas The Night Before Christmas and much more. Front cover features “Joy To The World/It Came Upon A Midnight Clear” sleeve design but as a laminated cardboard cover rather than paper sleeve.
