Item Description
2.25” by Pin-Lock Company with covered back and bar pin. Catalogued as Hake-Bryan #112, although in fact this is really a pro-McKinley issue. The photo of “Bryan” is a real photo without dot pattern. The image of New York City Tammany boss “Croaker” is an illustration. The third portrait is a real photo of “Aguinaldo” who was a Filipino leader in the Philippine Revolution against Spain and the Philippine-American War that resisted American occupation. Eventually, he pledged his allegiance to the U.S. and became the country’s first and youngest president. Celluloid has tiny white dot center right as printed. Essentially Mint as made and rare.
