Lot of 7. Published by Eastern Color Printing Co. between Mar., 1951-Jul., 1953. Issues include #s – 44-45, 50, 57, 59, 65, 85. Great bright and glossy covers depict various heroic acts including boys playing pirates saving each other from drowning, firefighters and nurse rescuing infant from burning building, railroad engineer saving boy from tracks, boy saving friend from venomous snake bite and U.S. soldier attacking Korean hideout. Varying degrees of handling wear with pinch creases to spine and corner tip wear. Issue #65 has 1/8x.5” chip out of upper margin of front cover and is VG. Rest of conditions break down as follows: VG/Fine - 50; Fine - 44; Fine/VF - 45, 85; VF - 59; VF/N. Mint - 57. Overstreet value for issues in listed conditions exceeds $250.
