Text above reads “Who Said Trouble.” From a series of premium buttons with backpaper carrying name of maker Whitehead & Hoag but also name of distributor “Cameo Pepsin Gum – Made By American Pepsin Gum Co., Newark, N.J.” Button is from 1898. Exc. condition and displays Mint. Historic and rare.
