5x9x6” tall. 1930s. Glass dial on front of radio features small, classic image of Mickey. Raised text on front of base reads “Astor Mickey Mouse.” Fabric speaker cover remains intact. Re-wired and has Australian plug so we were unable to test it but it appears to have complete and original tubes, additional wiring, etc. Underside panel has scattered scratches and scuffs, however, rest of the radio’s Bakelite body shows just the slightest trace of wear with no notable defects. Remains VF/Exc. for display. Rare, only the second example we’ve offered in our 43 years with the previous one selling for $3,584.
