4.5” tall figural plastic bank depicting Hopalong Cassidy with coppery-bronze finish with “Merchants National Bank – Ft. Smith, Ark. A Good Bank Since 1882” text on back. 1950s. Bank is Mint as produced. Each side of box is different – front shows image of enclosed bank, side panel has “Congratulations, Fellow Saver – You Are Now A Member Of The Hopalong Cassidy Savings Club And Are Entered In Hoppy’s Savings Rodeo..” text, back panel has image of Hoppy and Topper, text at bottom reading “Cut Photo Out For Pin-Up Or Scrapbook,” last panel shows 7 “Savings Rodeo” buttons. Lt. handling wear with creasing to top and bottom flaps. VG/Fine overall.
