First is 7.5x13”. c. late 1800s. Likely an Italian opera singer in an elaborate costume. Text below includes ”Carlo Fratacci/Napoli/Via Roma No. 343.” Mat shows edge wear, Fine. Image has a few Lt. scuffs.VF. Second is 6x9” card c. 1890. Text at bottom reads “Newsboy/Levy Sisters/New York.” Sisters were a vaudeville act. Dressed in risqué costumes for the time period. Matted and framed. Mat shows minor edge wear, image has scuff on one sisters shoulder. VF. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with COA.
