8.5x11.25”. Quite light inscription reads “To John Edwards Esq. With Fraternal Feelings/Eugene V. Debs.” A young picture of Debs. 1” vertical tear at top into inscription above signature. 2” split at left center across his arm. Vertical light crease line through right upper body. Scattered wear on edges. Still displays Fine with inscription and 3.5" long signature easily discernable overall and clear with close study. Comes with Hake's COA.
