4-5/8x4-5/8x3” deep box contains 4.25x4.25x2-5/8” deep wooden box with hinged lid. Lid has full-sized thin plastic overlay featuring 1960s style "Barbie" logo & graphics. Box opens to reveal felt pillow which holds 1x1.5” brushed metal rectangular case. Case has unique design in which interior dial portion of case with full Barbie image flips to reveal regular type watch dial side w/plain "Barbie" text. Unnumbered but part of a limited edition series of 2,000 produced by Fossil in 2000. ©Mattel, Inc. Mint with original $110.00 price tag still attached to bands.
