One of three different produced in this particular series from 1993. Front of velvet pouch features a slightly different image of Halloween Town, also has Jack's theory on interior. Small trace of wear to the silver printing, Exc. Dial depicts large moon while on second hand disc is image of Lock, Shock and Barrel in walking bathtub.
