8x9.75" glossy bw photo with gold highlighting effect. Photo shows a younger Romero, back in his Latin Lover era. Cesar would of course go on to achieve international fame playing Batman's archnemesis The Joker in the 1966 "Batman" TV show. Romero has signed in black felt tip pen. N. Mint. Comes with Hake's COA.
