Item Description
Batman stands 27" tall to tip of ears on cowl, Robin stands 15.5" tall. Commonwealth Toy And Novelty Co. Inc. ©1966 NPP Inc. Batman consists mostly of soft felt with stuffed body and thin plastic face. Batman has had touch-ups to black portions of mask (on plastic face). Tiny spot of insect damage to yellow ellipse of batsymbol on chest only mentioned for accuracy. O/w displays Exc./N. Mint. Batman is easiest of the 2 dolls to find, Robin being much rarer. Robin has combination felt costume and fur-covered body. Unusual design utilizes soft vinyl Superman head as produced with separate felt Robin mask which is usually missing. Included here with only lightest trace of wear. Vinyl head has paint rubs to eyebrows and ridges of hair. VF overall. Doll remains clean and Exc. Probable carnival dolls.
