First is 4.25". c. 1910. "The Source Of Cottolene/Best For Shortening/Best For Frying." Lithographed by Passiac Metal Ware Co. Litho. Passiac, N.J. Back of tray has text on lard tin shaped area reading "Contains No Hog Fat/Use 1/3 Less." Text continues with features/benefits of product. Light wear to outer rim of bottom. Two tiny dark spots in bkg. Nicely detailed image of mother/child in foreground. Fine. Lot also includes 2.5x3.5" oval tray. Reads "The Prudential Has The Strength Of Gibraltar." Light wear. Edge unevenness at upper left. Still Fine.
