Item Description
13.25x19.5x2" deep box contains American Toy Works game from 1940. Great lid art featuring Disney characters as skiers. Lid has light wear with some small surface paper rubs/flakes along extreme edges. Lid remains totally bright, glossy and tight. VF. Includes 2 inner boxes to hold the parts, one has corner split repairs. The thick cardboard target board is 13x18.5" beautifully illustrated with scene including large snowman target plus small images of Goofy skating, Pluto, Peculiar Penguins and Big Bad Wolf. Has complete set of 7 die-cut cardboard and wood targets for Mickey, Minnie, Dopey, Peter Pig, Max Hare, Toby Tortoise and Donald Duck. Each is depicted as a skier and wearing winter attire. Comes with pair of wood stands for the target and pressed steel gun but missing the generic darts. Bottom edge of target board has some small surface paper wear where the stands attach including a few light 2" creases and a .25x.5" strip of missing surface paper. Minor defects as rest remains exceptionally bright and glossy. VF. Targets are VF/Exc. An exceptional game with choice graphics. From the Tomart Archives.
