13.25x18.25x2" deep box manufactured by Pressmen Toy Corp. c. mid-1950s. Game based on Groucho Marx NBC-TV and radio shows. Groucho is pictured on lid along with a plucked duck with glasses and heavy mustache, a reference to Groucho's famous "duck walk." Game is complete and unused with original bag with game cards, fake money, cigar, eyebrows and mustache and plastic glasses. Set also has spinner in lid and 3.5x5.5" instruction booklet stapled to lid insert. Game has a 4" tall plastic figure of Groucho complete with cigar and metal cane which was used with magnets. Insert has some light wear and aging but contents are complete and Exc. Lid has some color rubs to edges and remnants of a price written at top center margin. Lid is hinged and top right-hand corner is split. Fine.
