Item Description
9.5" tall two-up (double size of final toy), produced c. 1990-1991. Based on the CBS TV show starring John Wesley Shipp. Unreleased, figure is unpainted solid hard plastic prototype. Figure was produced by re-tooling sculpts of "Super Powers" line. Legs, torso and head appear to be re-tool of 1984 Flash figure. Flash's lightning bolt chest emblem has been re-tooled to reflect that of TV Flash. Arms appear to be re-tooled from Red Tornado figure. N. Mint. From the Tomart Archives, comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch and Ted Hake.
