2x2" cardboard. Poll Parrot side has domed plastic dexterity game w/three metal balls. © 1952. Four red painted metal grommets hold front to back. Back has bright image of Howdy w/"© Kagran." String attached to .25x.5" folded paper tab. Likely had pin for wearing. Tab is torn, lt. wear at edges o/w VF.
