Item Description
Tin litho toy w/built-in key measures 4x7x10.5" tall. Toy marked "© 1946 Walt Disney Productions." On top of Goofy unit are illustrations of Goofy and Donald dancing while the front of this has the toy's name and the back has illustrations of Mickey, Pluto and Goofy. The jointed Goofy figure attaches to the stage by a metal rod. Figure is complete w/pair of stiff black rubber ears. Only very trivial paint marks on the figures and stage tops. Side edges of the circular pieces have a couple small scattered hairlines, minor in nature. Overall condition is Exc. Original box is 4x5x8.25" long. One large panel is very lightly pushed in along its lower edge w/ft. crease line, another has a 1.5" narrow tear along its left side where an end flap is joined. Lt. dust soiling. All flaps are intact w/exception of a narrow edge off one of the large outer end flaps. That piece is still here and can be re-attached. Overall box is Fine. From the Deak Stagemyer Collection.
