Item Description
Following the 1934 Christmas success of the Mickey and Minnie hand car, Lionel had this version ready for Christmas 1935. 2.5" wide by 9" long by 6" tall, all complete, original and working w/key but without generic track. Toy will run on any smooth surface. Paint on metal areas has tiny wear but Exc. Paint on the composition Christmas tree is Exc. Paint on the composition Santa w/Mickey in his backpack is overall VF w/these small evidences of wear: small loss on Santa's hands, tiny bit off his beard, 1/8" spot off Mickey's ear, hairline off his forehead, about 5% scattered loss off the backpack, mostly lower areas. Overall VF and scarcer than both previous Lionel toys.
